we born, we grow, and we mature, and no matter what stage of life we are, will always be present: the changes, the principles and the choices.
the permanence of the Impermanence is a fact. Often hard to accept. it involves some breathing work. major lesson: let it go!
our principles shape our lives and they lead us to make decisions. it is also very hard to let go our principles. i don`t want to do that. i like them.
and about the choices. well, sometimes... yes, sometimes is hard.
I've been looking around.
These days I was in a restaurant with friends. I looked up and I realized that was so many birds above my head. I liked the unexpected situation. I did not need to look inside again. there was so many things going on.
there was light
there was flowers
